When you use search, open report pages and other features, our server processes your query content (such as company names or SIREN numbers) and standard HTTP request information (such as approximate access time, browser type, referral source, etc.) for page generation and service security.

If you contact us via email, we will receive the email address and content you provide, used solely for reply and communication.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, bank card numbers that are unrelated to public French company queries.

We do not sell your query records to third parties for advertising profiles.

Company information displayed on this site comes from public data sources such as the French government and does not mean we hold or verify non-public internal corporate information.

This site may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for basic functionality (such as session, preference, or security-related).

If optional analytics or marketing cookies are introduced in the future, we will provide clear explanation in the interface and obtain your consent where required by law.

To display company reports, we make requests to French official or authorized open data APIs, such as recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr (company search), bodacc-datadila.opendatasoft.com (BODACC), etc. These requests are initiated by our server and are subject to each service provider's terms and privacy policies.

If the page contains links or resources to third-party websites (such as maps, font CDNs), their privacy practices are governed by those third parties.

This site may be deployed on cloud service provider infrastructure such as Cloudflare. Service providers may process access logs and security-related data according to contract and legal requirements.
